"Where Eagles Fly " was created as a response to the Beauty I found while traveling in America. I'd moved down the East Coast from New York to Miami, from New York again down through mountain country, into Texas and over to New Mexico. Finally there was another move to California. If anything moved me, it was the sense of freedom the great open spaces of America instilled in me. Finally there was an understanding that these wide open spaces were colored profoundly by the desire of a people to live as the land breathed. For me the two became inseparable.
