Believe it or not this image sprang up from Pythagoras' notion of the music of the spheres. He took harmony to be his grounding principle and even went so far as to suggest music emanated from the body of planets. It's not dissimilar to the modern relational field theories or "web of life" ideas proposed by Capra. Here the mighty 'Wurlitzer' dances through the heavens suggesting humor might be a part of the stuff of life also.
